Visiting Jerome

Today, we drove over to Jerome – an old copper mining town, built on the side of a mountain.  Once, one of the richest towns in America, it is now haunted by ghosts and is the mecca for artisans and tourists from around the area.  More info on Jerome

This week Oct 20 thru Oct 27, the 8th annual Sedona Plein Air Festival (PLEIN AIR Festival) takes place around the Sedona area. Today artists take to the streets of Jerome for the cities ‘paint out’. We caught several artists hard at work this afternoon.
