The RV park which we reserved for our short stay at PISMO Beach is just wall to wall RVs.....sardines-ville. There isn't more than 5 feet between us and our neighbors. I suppose thats the price you pay for being close to the beach. Many families and groups in the village.
Regardless of the close quarters, we are located in a really picturesque area. In the morning we took a bike ride around town and down to the beach where the pier is located.
Based on information from our next door neighbor (who lives in Rancho Cucamanga) we took a day trip, heading north to Avila Beach and Morro Bay. We planned lunch for the beach and it turned out great.
We could see the fog was rolling in from the south [looking left in the video] so we headed north to Morro Bay - by the time we got there it was so thick we couldn't even see the water......
So, we headed back south on the 101 to the campgrounds and started our BBQ dinner of some chicken, taters and veggies. Debbie thought it was just too cold.
