Today we headed out with Jess to support her CROSSFIT ‘BOX’
members compete in the Southern California regional competition. SO-CAL CROSSFIT
Regional’s Admittedly,
we knew little about CROSSFIT , other
than Jess religiously takes classes at the Redlands CROSSFIT CDR BOX(location). So attending the Regional
Competition- a 3 day competition -
really opened our eyes at the level of commitment the members have. It was remarkable what these athletes can do.
